Please call to book in for your private appointment with us. You will be required to leave a credit card number to secure your booking. You will not be charged for your appointment; however we do operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please see the terms & conditions at the bottom of this page.

  • Tuesday: First appointment 12.30pm - Last appointment 7.30pm
  • Wednesday: First appointment 10.00am - Last appointment 4.30pm
  • Thursday: First appointment 12.30pm - Last appointment 7.30pm (Please read below regarding Thursday evening appointments)
  • Friday: First appointment 10am - last appointment 4.30pm
  • Saturday: first appointment 10am - Last appointment 4.30pm

Thursday evening appointments

On Thursday evenings at our flagship showroom we offer relaxed open viewing appointments. Clients are able to book an allocated one hour time slot and, accompanied by a guest if you wish, you can view and try on items from the collection at your leisure. Although these are not private one-to-one appointments, our staff will be on hand to offer creative styling advice if required. Please call our showroom on 0207 637 4898 to book Thursday open viewing slots only. Card details will be required as a cancellation policy will be in place.


Terms and conditions

  1. We require 24 hours' notice to cancel your appointment. If you cancel any later than 24 hours beforehand you will be charged £20.00. If you do not call us to inform us that you will not be attending and you do not turn up for your appointment, you will be charged £50.00.
  2. Our phone lines are open 24 hours a day and your call will always be answered and logged on our system.
  3. We know at times that clients may find a dress at a prior appointment. We are sorry but cancellation charges will still apply. We do hold a collection of shoes, jewellery, capes and other accessories, so it is still worth attending your appointment with us on the day.
  4. As we are a small company we have a limited number of appointments per day. This 24 hour cancellation system allows us to give others the chance to take your appointment slot should you not wish to attend. For us to continue to offer such a private service we hope that our clients understand our need for this policy.
